Refund and Returns Policy

At King’s Watch, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized watches are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred with your order.
