1. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
    • Flat rate: $5.99 (Free for orders over $100).
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
    • Cost: $19.99.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM CST.
    • Cost: $29.99.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

For customized or pre-order items, please allow additional processing time as stated on the product page.


3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times for international orders may vary.

4. International Shipping Terms

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will vary by destination country.
  • Delivery Times: International orders may take 10–14 business days or longer, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@kingswatch.com or call (414) 555-1234.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund if deemed necessary.
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any item is damaged, take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Additional Information

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses; however, delivery times may be longer.
  • Signature Requirements: For orders exceeding $500, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
